A personalised induction process

Your first few months, your first few steps. Induction is a key time in your career at Bouygues Construction, and we make sure that you have everything you need to make your induction a success.

In the very first days following your arrival on a permanent contract, your manager will invite you on an immersion course so you can see for yourself the reality and diversity of our activities.

You will then begin an induction process tailored to your needs so that you can get to know the Group, form your own network and ease your way into your new duties.

There will be a number of highlights during this process:

  • Group Welcome Day
  • Integration meetings with the people you come into contact with
  • Integration seminar or a session of the New Recruits Campus run by in-house specialists

A few weeks after you join us, you will carry out a formal review of your progress with your line manager. This is the ideal time to discuss your first impressions, the content of the work you have been assigned and your integration in ongoing operations.
