Bouygues Energies & Services FM currently has an exciting opportunity for an Information Systems Project Analyst to join our team in London Head Office based in Waterloo.
Working in partnership with our customers we provide bespoke facilities management and energy services across the built environment. Whether creating modern and imaginative workspaces, enhancing carbon and green performance, or delivering high quality facility services, we bring our imagination, energy and technologies to deliver a unique client experience that creates tangible value and benefit to our customers.
The main purpose of this role is to identify and project manage end to end delivery of new Information System solutions across the business
Main duties and responsibilities of the role will involve:
Regularly reviewing and identifying new and innovative technology or processes
Being responsible for business analysis activities to capture business requirements and undertaking gap analysis
Assisting in the evaluation and selection of new solutions or functionality where an internal solution cannot be found
Developing business cases, create specification and project documentation to ensure project deliverables are clearly defined
Coordinating internal and external resources to deliver solutions
Providing dedicated support upon implementation before handover to the support team
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and qualifications: Must have previous experience in implementation of technological solutions, project management and business analysis Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software packages including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Will have good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadline Advanced knowledge of SharePoint including configuration experience is highly desirable Previous experience within the FM business is an advantage Why join us?
