You are the principal and essential contact point for customers on industrial or service industry sites under construction.
You ensure the terms of the contract, ensure the technical and administrative management of your work and lead discussions about safety, quality and the environment and ensure their proper implementation.
Depending on the size of the site and your experience, you will manage a maintenance team (of 2 to 20 technicians) to organise timely interventions, ensure quotations and orders, and manage possible subcontractors.
You ensure that monthly reports are given to the customer.
You have a degree (Bac + 3). You are rigorous about contractual management as well as the planning of your resources. You are familiar with the IT tools specific to CMMS maintenance (Computer Assisted Maintenance Management). You demonstrate an acute sense of service by combining diplomacy and anticipation to ensure the development of your site.
