Your future duties & challenges
VSL International is looking for a Continuous Improvement Officer to deploy our Lean management approach in VSL on projects and departments and to help establishing Lean Management culture in the company.
Your duties will be as following :
- To raise awareness of continuous improvement culture among all staff in VSL
- Animate / follow VSL project
- Support administrative task
- Collect data for the database (project or department targets, improvement, gain, lessons learnt….)
- Share and communicate about our lean management program (Be+) achievement on project
- Work with
- Communication department
- Business lines for knowledge consolidation, productivity, competitiveness, Quality
- External consultant - Travelling on site if required

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree, preferably in bachelor’s in civil engineering / Industrial Engineering with Lean Management knowledge
Experience:
- Overall 1/3 years experience in construction industry to be able to apprehend projects sites, back office, client relations

Technical Skills:
- Ability to work on MS Office / MS Project / Power BI.
- Ability to speak English / local language. French is a plus.
