Your future duties & challenges
To facilitate Hard Facilities Management (FM) activities with responsibility for the functional, technical and management aspects of the FM contract and take responsibility for all operational staff, budgets and performance of sub-contractors within this work stream.
To maintain a close liaison with the Client FM Function to ensure day to day requirements of delivering the FM contract are met.
We are looking for a degree qualified Engineer in a Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
In addition there is a requirement for in depth experience of Health Care building services maintenance, including experience of working in technical engineering environments. Holding Authorised Person status in one or more HTM disciplines would be a distinct advantage.
