Customer relations and customer satisfaction are my priorities. As the manager of services on a site, I organise and supervise a range of offerings such multi-technical maintenance, cleaning, elevator maintenance, etc. performed by different teams. What motivates me is the team building we have been able to achieve, which can be felt in the quality, transparency and speed of our operations. It’s powerful!

Your main duties

You are the customer’s “go-to” person on industrial and tertiary sites for which the company holds an operations contract. You guarantee that the contract is respected, ensure technical and administrative management, organise efforts to improve safety, quality and environmental protection and ensure that measures decided on are correctly executed.
Depending on the size of your site and your experience, you manage a maintenance team of between 2 and 20 technicians to organise ad hoc interventions, deal with estimates and orders, and manage any subcontractors who may be involved. You are responsible for the accuracy of the monthly reporting made to the customer.

Your profile

You have a qualification from a technological university or an engineering school, possibly at degree-equivalent level, you are meticulous over contract management as well as resource planning. You are proficient in the use of software tools for computerised maintenance management. You demonstrate a keen sense of service, combining diplomacy and trouble-shooting skillsto ensure the development of your site.
