A personalised induction process

Your first few months, your first few steps… Induction is a key time in your career at Bouygues Construction. From the moment you arrive, there will be an induction process tailored to your needs.

Even before you arrive, your HR manager and line manager will have worked together to devise the best process for you. Their aim is to give you the means you need to get to know the Group, to form your own network, and to take up your new duties.

When you arrive, your HR manager and your line manager will greet you, introduce you to the team and accompany you through the administrative and operational formalities that are necessary for you to take up your post.

There will be a number of highlights during your first few months:

  • Group Welcome Day
  • Integration meeting with the people you come into contact with
  • Immersion course or site visits so you can see for yourself the reality and diversity of our activities and meet teams from across all disciplines
  • Integration seminar or a session of the New Recruits Campus run by in-house specialists

A few weeks after you join us, you will carry out a formal review of your progress with your line manager. This is the ideal time to discuss your first impressions, the content of the work you have been assigned and your integration in ongoing operations.
