Vos missions & challenges

Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm:

• Carries out design in accordance with indications and procedures of Structual Department of TCSG./ Thực hiện thiết kế phù hợp với chỉ dẫn và quy trình của Phòng kết cấu / Trung tâm kỹ thuật tại Singapore.
• Understands the time frame (deadlines) , monitors progress and informs on changes./ Tôn trọng khung thời gian (thời hạn của công việc), theo dõi tiến độ và thông báo cho các bên liên quan khi có sự thay đổi.
• Manages draftting and mitigates the technical risks associated with the task./ Quản lý các bản thảo thiết kế và giảm thiểu các rủi ro về kỹ thuật liên quan đến nhiệm vụ.
• Seeks advince from Senior staff if s/he is not able to solve a problem on her/his own./ Tìm kiếm sự hỗ trợ của nhân viên cấp cao hơn nếu tự mình không thể giải quyết được vấn đề.
• Assits in coaching of staff/ Hỗ trợ đào tạo và huấn luyện nhân viên khác.

Requirements / Yêu cầu:

• The candidate has a degree in Civil Engineering, preferentially a masters degree/ Ứng viên có bằng Kỹ sư Xây dựng, ưu tiên trình độ Thạc sỹ.
• The candidate has at least 6 years of experience in the field of temporary works design (steel works)./ Tối thiểu 6 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế công trình tạm (thiết kế kết cấu thép).
• Experience in permanent works design as well as in repair and strengthening projects will be a plus./ Có kinh nghiệm  trong thiết kế  các công trình cũng như kinh nghiệm trong các dự án sửa chữa và gia cố sẽ là một lợi thế.
• English will be the common used language and the candidate needs to have an advanced level of Enlgish both written and oral./ Nói và viết tiếng Anh thành thạo.
• This position will mainly work in Vietnam, initial travel to Singapore for 3 months training required, future travel to Singapore and jobsites required./ Vị trí này chủ yếu làm việc tại Hà Nội, ban đầu đi đào tạo tại Singapore 3 tháng.
