Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Small Works Project Manager to join our Facilities Management team at a healthcare site in Preston, Lancashire. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm (one hour unpaid lunch break).
- Responsible for the delivery of small works, minor projects and life cycle work encompassing M&E and fabric
- To support other FM operations within the business as required
- Ensuring compliance with company policy at all times, demonstrating Continuous Improvement, customer focus and client satisfaction
- To be financially and commercially in control, maximising profit and service quality
- Develop quotes for minor works, agree budgets and costs with client
- To work with procurement to agree plans and sub-contractor packages
- Ensure the coordination of works being carried out with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure minimal disruption
- Manage contract variations and ensure revenue opportunities are captured and recovered
- Compliance with all company policy and procedures
- Working 40 hours per week, from 8am to 5pm , Monday to Friday
Et si c'était vous ?
- Previous experience of delivery of small projects, minor works and life cycle in occupied buildings
- Experience of negotiation and commercial skills
- Possess a trade qualification
- Knowledge of CDM, QSE best practice
- Financial experience around proposal development, quotations and project cost management
- Experience of report writing a distinct advantage
- Well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise your work
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices
