Within the US accounting team based in Miami and in compliance with accounting, groups and international standards, you will be in charge of:

- Keeping of the general accounts (in USD or in local currency) on SAP, centrally, of some  of the subsidiaries in the US in collaboration with the CFO and the country accountants
- Treasury, being the contact for the banks regarding daily tasks, checking the daily bank rec to identify any discrepancies, register the suppliers bank info in SAP etc.
- Establishment of financial and consolidated statements (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual). Including the monitoring of intragroup movements and the establishment of Magnitude reports
- Support of the accounting manager on transversal subjects: Taxation, Discussion with auditors, Procedures etc.

- Confirmer avec le comptable principal que le crédit est reçu pour les notes en suspens.
- Aider au paiement des demandes de remboursement des dépenses des employés.
- Rapprocher les comptes
- Rechercher, suivre et rétablir les problèmes et les divergences en matière de comptabilité ou de documentation

We are looking for a Human Resources VIE to join our team based on our Hinkley site, based next to Taunton and Bridgewater. The HR Deputy Manager will provide an effective and efficient operational human resources service to internal clients.
Working with the Human Resources Senior Manager, the Human resources team and the management teams of the project you will be responsible for advising, developing, implementing and reviewing all aspects of operations management of human resource activity in order to achieve the optimum performance of the team.

The HR Manager will:
- Ensure the provision of an efficient human resource service to the staff.
- Provide an effective and efficient advice and support service to managers and employees on HR matters, suggesting appropriate solutions as required.
- Be in charge of the respect and the improvement of the HR processes
- Will be the Bouygues HR representative on site for the day to day topics
Recruitment
- Working with the Human resources Senior Manager, the recruitment team in Hinkley and the parent company to facilitate and coordinate transfers from Bouygues

Advice / Support / Assistance
- Provide advice and information to managers to enable them to meet their responsibilities in areas including Disciplinary and grievance, Terms and conditions of employment, Employment law in accordance with the parent company policies
- Assist the managers in the annual HR process of the parent company : annual appraisal, salary review, talent review
Processes
- Ensure compliance with the HR policies and procedures of the parent company by operational managers
- Ensure management of the computerised and manual human resource systems, together with the provision and development of information systems. To ensure that personnel records are complete, accurate, up to date and kept under strict security
- Make sure the parent company has the necessary information to manage the HR processes (contract, training, disciplinary…)

HR Database
- Provide all the information to the parent company’s HR teams in order to update and maintain the HR/Payroll systems with employees info: all data entry i.e starters, leavers and any amendments such as address/bank details changes, salary/post/location changes etc

Payroll
- Ensuring that parent company payroll is provided with the relevant paperwork and forms for new starters, leavers and, where applicable, any amendments/additional payments/adjustments.
Advice / Support / Assistance

Career
- Assist in the talent management
- Ensure the annual appraisal process is implemented and that the managers have all the clues to run it

And
- Ensure the Company Health and Safety safe working practices are observed at all times
- Comply with Company Policies and Procedures

2.    Provide the basic information required for land development and redevelopment, including road building, construction, etc.

4.    Work with engineers to plan, organize and complete field surveys and ensure cost and project objectives are achieved.
5.    Provide information and advice assist in determining the best sustainable land use and development.
6.    Assist to draw up plans of land information by recording information, making calculations and plotting information into the required format to investigate the advancement and development of such practices
7.    Assist in identifying opportunities by researching both in the field and in the office whilst ensuring compliance with planning regulations and financing developments.

Bouygues Construction Australia is proud to be delivering of one of the biggest public transport projects in Victorian history with our consortium partners.
The Metro Tunnel Project will untangle the City Loop by taking three of Melbourne’s busiest train lines through a new tunnel under the city. It will create a new end-to-end train line from Sunbury to Cranbourne/Pakenham with twin nine-kilometre tunnels.
The Junior cost controller position is accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects and tracing costs to underlying activities. He has to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management though out costs allocations, follow ups and reporting. Invoicing to various projects is as well a main part of the scope of work.
Key Responsabilities:
1) Responsible of controls activities including the measures of cost, time and scope of the project in accordance with the contract.
2) Cost planning, forecasting and monitoring cost estimations.
3) Tracking milestones and insuring project targets are realized.
4) Validate scope documents with contract scope/ sales estimates.
5) Prepare cost estimates and update online costs forecasts.
6) Minimise deviation through rigorous cost control and forecasting.
7) Close control of subcontracts/ supplier accounts costs.
8) Periodic financial statements about project progress
9) Regular reporting of risk/ opportunities and potential deviations.
10) Timely supporting documentation for project reviews.
