Junior Mechanical Engineer dedicated to overseeing mechanical aspects of construction projects, resolving coordination issues, managing subcontractors, and optimizing performance to achieve project milestones within budget.
Key responsabilities:
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and completion of the work packs.
- Ensures the work is carried out and inspected as per the specified requirements, the construction programme and within budget.
- Resolves day to day on site construction coordination related issues with the site supervision teams.
- Subcontractor management and support.
- Review performance and identify any inefficiencies or inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with production/construction supervision to ensure milestones are met.

Your Profile:
- Master’s in mechanical engineering.
- Previous experience in the Construction.
- Methodical, organised and meticulous with common sense.
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to critique, recommend and implement initiatives that seek efficiencies either from a process or systems perspective.
