En tant que responsable de l'exécution de l’ensemble de nos projets en suisse romande, vous dirigez notre équipe de monteurs. Vos responsabilités principales seront les suivantes :
Diriger l'exécution de l'ensemble de nos projets en Suisse romande, en assurant la planification, la gestion et le suivi de leur exécution (précontrainte, tirants d’ancrage, projets spéciaux / levage lourd)
Encadrer notre équipe de production (contremaitre et monteurs), en développant les compétences et en assurant la bonne progression des projets.
Appliquer et faire respecter les normes de sécurité et les règles de santé et de sécurité définies par le groupe
Assurer le suivi financier des projets, en veillant à atteindre les objectifs financiers, la facturation ainsi que la gestion des travaux complémentaires
Préparer en amont les travaux à exécuter et organiser les chantiers en coordination avec les équipes commerciales, les bureaux d'études internes et les différents services de l'entreprise.
