The Company
Sicma, a 100% subsidiary of Bouygues Travaux Publics, was created to carry out the Abidjan metro line 1 project.
The project consists of creating an aerial metro line which extends over a total length of 37.4km in the center of the city of Abidjan in the Ivory Coast and includes a viaduct crossing the Ebrié lagoon dependent on Treichville in the Plateau district. , 20 civil engineering works of the Rail Bridge and Road Bridge type of several types, 36 metal pedestrian bridges, 3 underground passages, 18 stations, canopies and associated forecourts, walls of retaining, and acoustic screens,
Key responsabilities
- Participate in the development of execution plans and calculation notes for simple structures.
- Ensure the coordination of technical studies with internal and external teams (Design Offices, Method Engineers, Site Engineers, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Optimize quantities.
- Monitor and update technical documents.

Your Profile
- Civil engineering degree, with a focus on structures
Reinforced concrete and steel structure calculations
Design of civil engineering structures
- Professional experience in the design and construction of civil engineering structures would be an asset.
- Proficiency in structural calculation software and modeling tools: AutoCAD, Robot, and familiarity with ADFer, ArmaCAD, or Revit would be a plus.
- Excellent command of Excel for calculations and data analysis.
- Knowledge or skills in programming with Dynamo, Python, VB.net, or other languages would be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
