·       Negotiate with Clients
·       Obtain approval of tender submissions
·       Assist Operations department with management of additional works, variations
 - Participate in monthly VSL BDM Meetings, Management Review and Objective Meetings involving all key VSL personnel
-        Attendance at Project Point Reviews
-        Develop detailed estimate for Civil Works Projects (predominantly focused on bridge construction/ Heavy Lift).

- Work with General Manager and Human Resources in staff planning, resourcing levels.
Plan and monitor BDM department resource levels
- The building and development of teamwork.  Encouraging high levels of staff performance and motivation
 
4.     Marketing & Sales
 
- The initiation and development of new business opportunities in areas of the company's existing technologies and other related fields.  In particular this includes the securing of bridge construction works, prime contractor works, project and construction management assignments, other activities in civil engineering and other specialist activities
- Be aware of the other opportunities for VSL works and advise other BDM’s accordingly

La Santé et la Sécurité des collaborateurs sont la priorité de Bouygues Construction. A cette fin, Bouygues Bâtiment France (BBF) dispose d’un pôle de contrôle Santé Sécurité. Il apporte à la Direction Générale de chaque entité régionale et aux Services Prévention Santé Sécurité associés, un éclairage sur le niveau de maîtrise des activités conduites par les chantiers.

Ce pôle contribue à l’atteinte des objectifs suivants :
La conformité aux exigences de notre référentiel Santé Sécurité,
La connaissance et la mise en application de nos standards,
L’organisation des chantiers pour anticiper et prévenir leurs risques.
Il rend également compte des bonnes pratiques et des écarts.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable du Pôle Contrôle Santé Sécurité de Bouygues Bâtiment France, vous réaliserez des contrôles inopinés sur l’ensemble des chantiers de BBF, en toute indépendance et avec objectivité, bienveillance et savoir-faire.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :
S’assurer du bon respect des règles et standards de santé sécurité
Evaluer la maîtrise des risques majeurs et l’organisation mise en place pour les anticiper
Faire cesser toute tâche présentant un danger grave et imminent et en informer les interlocuteurs concernés
Faire régulariser les écarts et questionner l’équipe travaux sur les dispositions à prendre pour éviter leur apparition / renouvellement
Rédiger des rapports de visite factuels qui seront partagés avec l’équipe travaux et diffusés au sein de l’entité
Contribuer à la rédaction de synthèses mensuelles et annuelles
Contribuer au développement et au partage des bonnes pratiques

Le poste est principalement localisé en Île-de-France, des déplacements ponctuels dans les autres régions sont à prévoir dans le cadre de visites de chantier dites « doublons » ou « croisées ».
