The Gender Equality Index between Men and Women 

By the end of 2023, all Bouygues Construction’s workforce scope in France had a score of at least 80 points. The Index, calculated out of 100 points, is based on 5 indicators including, in particular, the gender pay gap, the gap in the distribution of individual increases, or the gap in the distribution of promotions. Beyond the numbers and its obligations, the Group pursues a proactive gender diversity policy to meet its ambition of being an inclusive and socially-responsible employer. Committed at all levels of the HR process and working alongside schools in order to move all construction trades towards greater gender diversity, Bouygues Construction seeks to facilitate the inclusion, career development and performance of women in the Group, regardless of their entity or expertise

The curtain falls on this 9th edition, which ended on Thursday, December 7th 2023 in the presence of our CEO Pascal Minault and members of the Executive Committee.

6 winning teams were honored with various projects, all of which convinced the jury with their creativity, partner involvement, and positive impact for Bouygues Construction across 4 themes: Construction Site Health-Safety Challenge, Industrialization, Environment and Carbon, Digital, Data and AI.
