Responsibilities and activities can vary according to the sector and size of the host structure. You will mainly be required to:
- Carry out operational, administrative and financial missions in France and abroad for the Group as a whole, with the main objective of giving General Management reasonable assurance as to the reliability and effectiveness of the principles of the Group. organization and management, internal control and risk management systems.
- Evaluate risk management from the analysis of major issues, the relevance and effectiveness of risk management and internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance, control and efficiency of operational and functional processes in strategic, operational, financial and legal matters.
- Suggest areas for improvement in the organization of processes in order to increase their effectiveness and promote the implementation of good practices.
