Key activities

Responsibilities and activities can vary according to the sector and size of the host structure. You will mainly be required to:

  • You ensure smooth movement of equipment in your area
  • Be responsible for the distribution of the means of production
  • Analyze the matching of needs and resources
  • Decide on the allocation of equipment (own park and external rentals) according to inventory by optimizing the turnover rates of equipment in own park, the costs and by limiting the distances traveled by transport
  • Program with the production the preparations of materials according to recoveries delivery / returns
  • Be a guarantor of the good invoicing of the materials delivered on the building sites (quantity, unit price, dates, bonuses / penalties, invoicing 70%)
  • Follow the suppliers of outdoor rentals according to its perimeter and verify that all the necessary documentation is provided (order form, compliance documents, yellow bag, expertise, litigation ...)

Profile

Hold a BTS or DUT in logistics or trade, you enjoy planning and have knowledge of equipment (date of return and delivery of equipment for revision, elements of composition of the material, legislation), or knowledge of negotiation techniques (in the context of external rentals for GATs or tracking the billing of providers)?
