Rattaché(e) à l'agence travaux d'Angers et en tant que conductrice/teur principal(e) de travaux , vous êtes responsable de la coordination opérationnelle d'une opération de réhabilitation ou de neuf du démarrage à la livraison en vous assurant :
o   De la conduite des travaux,
o   L'encadrement des équipes,
o   Du respect des délais
o   Des budgets,
o   De la sécurité
o   Et surtout de la qualité
 Vous contrôlez toutes les étapes du chantier depuis l'étude du dossier jusqu'à la réception des travaux.
C'est à dire de la gestion totale des phases de :
o   Préparation
o   Suivi des travaux
o   Interface client
o   Gestion des projets d'équipe

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure de minimum BAC +5 orientée Bâtiment ou Génie Civil, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans sur de la conduite en TCE avec une connaissance en Corps d'états secondaires sur des projets de réhabilitation ou en neuf.

The primary responsibility is to co-ordinate the efficient and effective delivery of project services for the Civil Works projects, including (but not limited to):
 Coordinate construction activities and ensure completion of the works to the highest standards of safety, quality and within the stipulated timeframe and budget
Determine and manage project priorities to ensure effective application of resources to guarantee project delivery
Regularly review the productivity, effectiveness, quality and profitability of projects, including project follow-up to monitor project deliverables and client satisfaction levels.
Participating in the resolution of technical issues during technical meetings and construction phase.
Ensure a safe working environment is provided for all team members.
Ensure Company’s professional standards are maintained and company objectives in relation to budget targets, service quality, company reputation, OH&S and environmental standards are met and take responsibility for compliance with external and internal standard.

Main Responsibilities:
