HR partner for the whole of VSL Switzerland's Profit Centre (on-site presence once a week in Subingen SO)
Recruitment & onboarding
Follow-up and participation in the group's annual processes: annual interview, salary review, talent review, etc.
Managing complex situations and conflicts
Recruitment, induction and monitoring of trainees (4-5 per year)
Administrative follow-up of HR tasks related to international projects and some reporting activities
Active participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
Monitoring and organizing in-house training with department managers
Organizing HR-related events.

Record intervention history in the Computerized Material Management System (CMMS).
As Part of the Plant Development Team:
Assist the Plant Manager in preparing investments for major projects.
Contribute to the development of procedures to structure and improve existing processes.
Act as a liaison between OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and VSL's Digital team to support the Group's digitalization strategy.
