Well done! You’ve made it! You’re here and you’re one of us! We take a lot of care over how we welcome you so that you can get your bearings as quickly as possible in the company and in your new position.
You’ve only just arrived, but people already know you and are expecting you! A “welcome” note has been widely circulated in the company to tell the teams that you have joined us, your past career and the duties you have been given to do.
In parallel, your HR manager and line manager prepare a tailored induction process for you. Their aim is to give you the means you need to get to know the Group, its organization and its activities, and to form your own internal network.
There will be several other highlights during your first few months which will help your integration:
- Welcome Day
- Integration meetings with the people you come into contact with, internally and/or externally
- Immersion course or site visits to get to know our activities better
- Definition of specific training programmes according to your profession
A few weeks after you join us, you will carry out a formal review of your progress with your line manager. This is the ideal time to discuss your first impressions and to complete the induction process with other actions if necessary. Your HR manager is also available to talk with you and support you during your first year with us. Don’t hesitate to take advantage!
