Key activities

You will mainly be required to:

  • define the conditions for carrying out the company's projects by studying and interpreting the texts in force
  • draw up and draft legal deeds and contracts necessary for the implementation of projects in conjunction with line managers and manage negotiations with the authorities and partners concerned
  • participate in the structuring of complex transactions or acquisitions and in the follow-up of disputes in relation to external advice given to the company
  • monitor legislative, regulatory and advisory matters for line managers
