Responsibilities and activities can vary according to the sector and size of the host structure. You will mainly be required to:
- define the conditions for carrying out the company's projects by studying and interpreting the texts in force
- draw up and draft legal deeds and contracts necessary for the implementation of projects in conjunction with line managers and manage negotiations with the authorities and partners concerned
- participate in the structuring of complex transactions or acquisitions and in the follow-up of disputes in relation to external advice given to the company
- monitor legislative, regulatory and advisory matters for line managers
You have a legal background and can think practically and with an overview. You have analytical and negotiation skills. You write well. Proficiency in English is desirable.
