Within a Human Resources department, you define the HR resources to contribute to the success of your company's operational objectives. You are the principal contact person for employees and management as regards recruitment, career management and training and also participate in the management of individual or collective social relations.
Your key tasks are as follows:
- HR management in the scope of operations
- Monitoring of projects and inter-disciplinary issues (diversity, relations with schools, training projects, etc.)
- Possibility of taking charge, within the HR team, of several fields of activity for which you become the point of contact and expert: expatriation, social security, HRIS, etc.
- Advice and support in labour law for line managers
You have a Masters 2 in HR and/or Law. You are meticulous, listen well and have a keen sense of service. You are reactive and have good analytical and interpersonal skills.
