Your future duties & challenges
Reporting to the Catering Supervisor
To work in all areas of catering, including the retail outlets and hospitality, providing a high level of customer service
To carry out food preparation ensuring food safety at all times
To maintain a “clean as you go” policy and clean all equipment, crockery and cutlery
To operate the tills in accordance with the company policy and to complete all paperwork such as temperature monitoring
The hours for this post are 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days of 7 Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 07:00-22:00
