Bouygues Construction Expertises Nucléaires is a newly created company which groups together the nuclear activities of Bouygues Construction.
It operates across the entire value chain in the nuclear environment: civil engineering, electricity, ventilation, maintenance, dismantling, piping, radiation protection and waste management. We are currently looking for our new HR Manager in our subsidiary Company in Germany.
Kraftanlagen Heidelberg is based in Heidelberg, with 300 employees, known for its dismantling and radioprotection expertise nationally and globally.
You will oversee Human Resources as a Business Partner and will be in close relation with the company's General Management. Reporting to the HRD based in France, you will be involved in the following missions:
- Lead and implement the company's HR strategy defined with management to support the company's ambitious transformations,
- Support the operational departments in their various HR issues and decisions,
- Guarantee the good animation of the social relations and the quality of the exchange with the partners representing the employees,
- Steer the HR development: recruitment, training, career and compensation management, attract and retain talents, employer branding, CSR,
- Be a driving force in the improvement of existing processes and tools,
- Promote and lead HR projects,
- Organize and lead an HR team of 4 people including:
- 1 HRM,
- 2 payroll officers
- 1 Administrative assistant
So why not you?
Profile:
- You have a significant experience in Human Resources in Germany or in a German-speaking country, you master the German social law, you have already worked in a multi-cultural environment.
- You have already worked in companies affiliated to the IG Metall branch.
- You are fluent in German, English and French would be appreciated.
- Knowledge of the nuclear industry would be a plus.
Job location: Heidelberg (Im Breitspiel 7, 69126 Heidelberg, Germany) with occasional travel to regional offices.
Possibility to do homeoffice (2 days/week)
