Your future duties & challenges
Responsible for managing all aspects of service production and delivery whilst supporting the Operations Manager from a tactical and strategic level
To rotate across the Soft FM services (Egs. Catering, Cleaning, Helpdesk, Reception and Security) and participate in the on site duty manager pool
Regular attendance required at stakeholder meetings in order to satisfy the contract performance and ensure the departments budgets and service contract are met
To ensure all HR matters are addressed in line with company procedures and that any issues are escalated
Oversee and maintain compliant records for stock management, holidays, rosters, return to work interviews and other associated paperwork
To train, motivate and develop all staff using all relevant training courses including tool box talks and the Fit for King’s programme.
Contribute to writing and collating the content for monthly reporting procedures
To assist with consumable ordering and stock control processes
Hours 40-hrs per week, working 5-days from 7-days – between 06:00 – 22:00

Must have experience of working in a similar role to include managing people and co-ordinating Soft FM services
Experience of working in a customer focused environment essential
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with all types of people both verbally and in writing
IT literacy ideally including a CAFM such as Maximo
A flexible and proactive approach with a can do attitude
Able to work under own initiative to meet requirements of the role
