In the Business Unit Energy we develop intelligent solutions for the complex challenges of our customers. This results in technically demanding and efficient energy generation plants. We also focus on the distribution and use of renewable energies for the generation and storage of hydrogen and heat. We plan from design to execution and implement the plants from procurement to commissioning. As a shaper of the energy and heat revolution, we offer the complete spectrum of the energy world from a single source.
To enhance our project team in the Business Unit Energy in Munich, we are currently looking for a technically skilled and personally persuasive personality.
Your tasks:
- Independent and autonomous procurement processing of technical components, services and sub-trades
- Cooperation with the project teams in all project-specific procurement activities
- Securing budget, schedule and quality targets as well as invoice verification
- Execution of purchase orders, incl. inquiries and comparison of offers
- Conducting/leading negotiation meetings
- Collaborating on market analyses and commercial assessments of new suppliers
- Optimization of internal processes and structures in purchasing and further development of existing systems

Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in a commercial or technical field or technician (m/f/d) with commercial experience in project business
- Several years of professional experience in project procurement
- High flexibility, confident appearance, negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Ability to work as part of a team in project teams and excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of contract law, in particular purchase and service contract law
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Professional handling of all common MS Office applications, ideally knowledge of SAP module MM
