The main purpose of the job is to ensure a consistently high level of business-focused, business-relevant HR Service is delivered to VSL in Central Europe (Switzerland, Czech Republic and Poland)
Your main Responsibilities will be:

· To be the trusted advisor to the Area Director on HR matters in the 3 PCs
· To be a trusted HR advisor to the 3 PC Managers

· To be responsible for managing the main HR processes in VSL Central Europe (salary review, Annual Exchange Meetings, talent review) in an effective and efficient way

· To identify training needs and ensure the right training is delivered
· To help drive better gender diversity in line with company objectives
· To reinforce links with partner universities and ensure interns and fresh graduates are hired into the business
· To keep a track of key HR indicators, such as Gender Diversity and voluntary turnover
· To be an active member of VSL’s HR Committee
· To ensure roll-out locally of improvement initiatives decided at VSL level
· To be the guarantor in terms of respect of the Labour Law and HR Processes
· To make sure the administration processes for our employees are fully compliant (visas, benefits, employment contracts, …)
· To be open and attentive for employees when they face a difficulty and need HR support
