La Direction juridique intervient au soutien de la réalisation de l’activité de développement immobilier, en apportant des conseils juridiques dans de multiples domaines aux opérationnels et à la Direction Générale, en participant à la formation des équipes, en appuyant les chargé(e)s de programmes pour la mise au point des actes et participant aux négociations et enfin en étant continuellement en « veille » sur l’actualité juridique.
Intégré(e) à une équipe d'une dizaine de juristes, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
Analyse des montages des projets immobiliers (permis d’aménager, permis de construire, PUP, partenariat public/privé, création de sociétés…) au regard du droit l’urbanisme, droit de l’environnement, droit de l’immobilier et droit public,
Négociations et rédactions des contrats et actes (foncier, CPI, VEFA, BAC, BEFA etc) aux côtés des opérationnels et en relation avec les notaires et avocats,
Rédaction de tout protocole ou convention en lien avec les opérations immobilières,
Gestion des dossiers contentieux,
Veille juridique et rédaction de notes,
Suivi et développement des outils de reporting ainsi qu’animation des outils digitaux en lien avec l’assistante.

Provide project management and leadership for the successful delivery of the Stay-Cable Projects within the scope of VSL VIETNAM, including but not limited to:
·       Thorough understanding of the project management requirements for leading the stay-cable bridge projects, including the ability to properly scope and manage projects to established metrics for schedule and profit.
·       Monitoring of overall site construction with the view of forecasting problems for their prevention.
·       Close monitoring of all potential cost and time variations to the contracts

Dragages Hong Kong is looking for its future Methode Engineer to work them.

The Methods Engineer will be responsible for:
- Producing site installation plans taking into account; Construction team needs and environmental constraints;
- Keeping site installation plans up-dated making sure that all the available and relevant information (eg. temporary works design, permanent design when appropriate,…) are included;
- Producing sequence drawings. High level sequence and detailed sequence to check whether the envisaged work sequence is workable and communicate efficiently with the construction team who decide on the work methods;
- Producing temporary works drawings for construction based on the design/guidelines of the methods engineer and/or temporary works engineer (eg. Formwork, pad foundations, lifting plan,…);
- Producing Consents drawings to address Consents team needs;
- Satisfying CAD standards to ensure the required quality of drawings is achieved;
- Taking off quantities from temporary and permanent design drawings;

Bouygues Travaux Publics is looking for a planning engineer to join its solar farm project in Australia.
The project will be developed in Carwarp, approximately 20 minutes south of Mildura. The project is planned for deployment at a site that has existing approvals for a solar farm. The project requirements fit within the scope of those approvals.
Your main responsabilities:
Ensure that the project is planned such that the time aspects of the project are controlled thus optimising resources and minimising construction costs;
Prepare, maintain and track project Baseline programs and in-house target programs;
Ability to communicate the programs to the workforce level;
Prepare project and management dashboard planning reports;
Develop, implement, and maintain project controls procedures;
Tracking critical path and highlighting flags with the project manager;
Attending and scheduling meetings as required;
Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports;
Meticulous record keeping and data management abilities.

Bouygues TP's project 1201 in Hong Kong involves the construction of the Liantang tunnel. It involves the design of two motorway tunnels, a ventilation structure and an administrative building using excavation techniques.

• Assembly to be followed up with the supplier.
• Site acceptance test to be followed-up with the supplier.
 Deliverables: full reports of assembly and SAT with photos and planning.

Purpose of the role :

Bouygues Travaux Publics is working in the ALIGN Joint Venture for the High Speed 2 project in London. ALIGN is currently delivering a section of the 175km High-speed rail line between London and Birmingham. Works undertaken by ALIGN comprise of a 3.4km long viaduct and a twin bore 16km tunnel.
The Site Engineer Quality will ensure that the teams comply with ITPs, Method Statements, Work processes & procedures and Safety Standards across the project.
Ensure that the teams have requisite documents developed, approved and distributed prior to works commencement, undertake and record inspections and tests defined within ITPs, maintain contemporaneous as-built drawings, raise NCRs to cover deficient works and RFIs to clarify issues and/or record technical decisions agreed with HS2.

The Align JV Site Engineer - Quality will be responsible for:
• Undertake Site Surveillance in conjunction with Surveillance Manager

Purpose of the job
The ALIGN Site Instrumentation Engineer will manage the installation of geotechnical and structural health instrumentation.

Responsibilities
The ALIGN Site Engineer will be responsible for:
·        Ensuring instrument installation is carried out according to the Health and Safety at Work Act and all relevant regulations;
·        Control of instrumentation and monitoring sub-contractor on site;
·        On-site co-ordination between ALIGN, the Instrumentation and monitoring sub-contractor and stakeholders;
·        Co-ordinating between the various ALIGN departments including technical, safety, environmental, survey, tunnel, viaduct and earthworks on instrument installation issues;
·        Ensuring the instrumentation is installed according to the Designer’s Requirements;
·        Monitoring and reporting of site activities;
·        Inspection of working areas with the instrumentation and monitoring sub-contractor to check validity of Designer’s proposed instrument installation locations;
·        Arranging instrument setting out with ALIGN survey team;
·        Preparation of working areas including access, ecology surveys and vegetation clearances;
·        Arranging utility inspections and permit to dig as required;
·        Performing site specific inductions and briefings;
·        Traffic management and co-ordinating with work teams for access and egress;

The Support Surface Plant Engineer is the person responsible to support the surface activities for plant department assisting the surface plant engineer, activities related to his/her duty:
Keep the equipment in surface in good conditions for the progress of the tunnel digging operations.
Assist with Planning of the operations related to surface equipment maintenance.
Support the surface engineer with the spare parts and consumables monitoring and control.
Support the surface engineer with the organization and documents necessary for the demobilization of the facilities at South portal area.
Report directly to the surface plant engineer.
Ensure the safety is implemented as the company policy states.
Key Responsabilities:
Ensure a safe and efficient operation of the construction site.
To support plant team to manage all the maintenance related to the construction activities.

Le marché de la rénovation énergétique/réhabilitation  est un marché en pleine croissance. Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons une personne ayant une expérience confirmée en travaux dans ce domaine pour accompagner la construction et l'organisation d'opérations dans cette activité. 
A ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
En amont : 
- l’élaboration du budget du chantier (volume de matériaux, ressources nécessaires dont les moyens humains…), et avoir des avis techniques et économiques
- l'étude des éléments du dossier technique
- la planification des travaux (réglementation santé sécurité, relation avec les autres corps d’état et le client, coordination des différents acteurs du chantier selon le planning établi …)
En phase exécution : 
- la bonne exécution et la gestion technique des travaux en manageant une équipe de conducteurs de travaux et des relations résidents, qui sont en lien étroit avec les locataires.
- la gestion contractuelle et financière des chantiers (suivi de facturation clients et fournisseurs, respect et redressement, présentation des comptes à la direction...) ainsi que le suivi des règlements.
En termes de management, vous êtes le référent auprès des équipes de conducteurs de travaux lors de situations de blocage avec la maitrise d’œuvre et/ou la maitrise d’ouvrage.
Par ailleurs, vous prenez part au développement de ce marché sur un des secteurs de l'Ile-de-France (92,78, 93). 

Bouygues Travaux Publics is working in the ALIGN Joint Venture for the High Speed 2 project in London. ALIGN is currently delivering a section of the 175km High-speed rail line between London and Birmingham. Works undertaken by ALIGN comprise of a 3.4km long viaduct and a twin bore 16km tunnel.
The Site Engineer Quality will ensure that the teams comply with ITPs, Method Statements, Work processes & procedures and Safety Standards across the project.
Ensure that the teams have requisite documents developed, approved and distributed prior to works commencement, undertake and record inspections and tests defined within ITPs, maintain contemporaneous as-built drawings, raise NCRs to cover deficient works and RFIs to clarify issues and/or record technical decisions agreed with HS2.
Responsibilities
The Align JV Site Engineer - Quality will be responsible for:
• Undertake Site Surveillance in conjunction with Surveillance Manager
• Daily execution and recording of self-certification of works against ITPs, method statements and plans
• Collection, collation, review and reporting
• Expediting the timely close-out of areas of concern
• Ensuring the issue of NCRs by construction teams, as necessary

Responsible for financial accounting in accordance with Swiss law and corporate policies
Quarterly consolidation and reporting to management
Lead, drive and coordinate annual financial and other audits
Direct and indirect taxes declarations
Preparation and filing of annual corporate tax (with support of tax consultant)
Advise on VAT chain transactions, triangulations, intra-community deliveries
Collaborate with teams to manage cash and monitor all bank accounts
Close follow up of intercompany, payroll, inventory, fixed asset, and other accounts
Coordination with Account Payables and Treasury teams at shared service center
Participate in IT projects-digitalization
Continually review and update accounting procedures to ensure compliance
Assist in ad hoc requests by management and business partners.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :
S’assurer du bon respect des règles et standards de santé sécurité
Evaluer la maîtrise des risques majeurs et l’organisation mise en place pour les anticiper
Faire cesser toute tâche présentant un danger grave et imminent et en informer les interlocuteurs concernés
Faire régulariser les écarts et questionner l’équipe travaux sur les dispositions à prendre pour éviter leur apparition / renouvellement
Rédiger des rapports de visite factuels qui seront partagés avec l’équipe travaux et diffusés au sein de l’entité
Contribuer à la rédaction de synthèses mensuelles et annuelles

Le poste est principalement localisé en Île-de-France, des déplacements ponctuels dans les autres régions sont à prévoir dans le cadre de visites de chantier dites « doublons » ou « croisées ».

You will be working under senior design management team part of the overall technical team (design, methods, temporary works, BIM). The position is located in our head office in Chennai.

How will you make an impact?

• Responsible for design of Temporary works for bridge construction.
• Supervise / review / update production of detailed drawings
• Coordinate with production team and technical team (methods, BIM, other interfacing design managers) to develop the design or modification of the design during construction
• Preferably, able to carry out design of temporary structures such as steel false work/ precast moulds, steel frames,  temporary platforms, lifting frames, foundation design for supporting temporary structures
• At a minimum, able to carry out design checks in the design submission (check of the assumption, design approach, conclusion) and to summarize the requirements to the production team for a streamline site implementation

Under the supervision of the audit director, you are responsible for the whole process of your audit mission :
